The Ausar Auset Society is
an international Pan-African religious organization that provides spiritual
education and training to the African-American community and to the African
descendants in the Diaspora, as well as a social vehicle that allows for the expression
of the spiritual values learned. Founded in 1973 by His Excellency Dr. Ra Un
Nefer Amen I, the Shekhem Ur Shekhem (King of Kings), and Ashem Ur Ashemu (High
Priest); the Ausar Auset Society, is headquartered in New York City with
branches in over 30 major cities of the USA, as well as London, Toronto,
Trinidad, US Virgin Islands, and Bermuda. Based on the indigenous traditional
African cultures dating from the oldest religion known to mankind-- the
Ausarian religion of ancient Kamit; the society reunites the traditions of the
Black founders of these great civilizations (Kamit, Kush, Indus Kush,
Canaan, Summer, and Ancient Southern China), and weaves this ancient
knowledge into a spiritually empowering way of life which aims at the
awakening of the Ausar principle (the Divine Self) within each being.
